"Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."

2 Peter 3:18

The purpose of our adult ministries is to encourage and equip every adult to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ by experiencing God's Word through the teaching of Scripture, expressing God's love as we build up one another in Christ and equipping God's people for service in our community and the world.

  • Small Groups

Small Groups at Faith exist to help us grow in our relationship with God and also to grow together as a family of God.  Some groups focus on times of Bible study and prayer.  Other groups focus on opportunities for fellowship and mutual encouragement.  In all our groups, mutual encouragement in our life of faith is the goal.  Faith offers a number of small group opportunities.  If you're interested in joining a small group, call the church office, 630-279-1776 or email us.

  • Adult Discipleship

We want people to continue to grow in the faith and God's Word throughout their lives, so our adult discipleship programs provide a wide range of opportunities for adults to learn and grow.  Faith offers groups and seminars that address topics like building relationships, raising children and studying the Bible.

  • Sermon Discussion Group

The sermon discussion group meets after morning worship to discuss and apply the sermon.  This is an edifying time of digging deeper into the Bible and thinking together about what God's Word means for our lives.

  • Seniors Bible study

Seniors (age 65 and up) meet together on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from October through April for a time of biblical teaching and discussion, followed by fellowship and refreshments.

  • Calvin College January Series

Faith CRC was one of the very first of the now more than 40 webcast locations for the award-wining lecture and cultural arts January Series from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Speakers cover a wide range of topics, including advances in science, education, environmental justice, social justice, and world issues.  The lectures are streamed live at Faith from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday most days in January.  The lectures are free and open to the public.
