The purpose of our adult ministries is to encourage and equip every adult to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ by experiencing God's Word through the teaching of Scripture, expressing God's love as we build up one another in Christ and equipping God's people for service in our community and the world.
Our Place - Whole church events
Our Place events are held approximately once a month during the ministry year and all are welcome, young and old! Bring a friend or neighbor! Mark your calendar, our next Our Place event will be Fall Fest on September 14 from 4:30-6:30 PM. We will celebrate the start of the fall ministries for the 2024-2025 year with a festival of fun for all ages!
DINE WITH NINE
“Share a meal. Meet new people. Extend the table.” As Faith Church launches into a new season of fall ministries, we’re excited to bring back Dine with Nine! Dine with Nine is a simple gathering with nine (or so) persons--some couples, some singles, some new to the church, some life-long members, some older, and some younger. Each group, led by a host, determines when, how, and where monthly dinners will take place. Click here to register or contact the office with any questions!
Pastor's Bible study
Pastor Matthew leads a Senior's Bible Study on the first and third Tuesday afternoons of the month from September through December and February to April. We have a time of biblical teaching and discussion, followed by fellowship and refreshments. For the 2024-2025 year, we're focusing on the books of Nehemiah and Luke. Small Groups
Small Groups at Faith exist to help us grow in our relationship with God and also to grow together as a family of God. Some groups focus on times of Bible study and prayer. Other groups focus on opportunities for fellowship and mutual encouragement. In all our groups, mutual encouragement in our life of faith is the goal. Adult Discipleship
We want people to continue to grow in the faith and God's Word throughout their lives, so our adult discipleship programs provide a wide range of opportunities for adults to learn and grow. Faith offers groups and seminars that address topics like building relationships, raising children and studying the Bible.
